12 May 2007 Summit Point ‘Shenandoah’ Team ProMotion Weather: AM cloudy 67°, Lunch sunny 84°, PM cloudy 77° Tires: Unchanged (3rd track day) Warmers @50°c Gearing: 17/42 Change to bike: 1/5th throttle insert For the last couple of weeks I have been picking PK up from daycare using the bicycle (3rd wheel attachment) in order to work my legs. Shenandoah is a highly technical track that really works the rider so anything extra I could do physically before the track day would be beneficial. With another track/race day scheduled just 2 days after this one I needed
